Ron Estrea Kaslasi
(she\her)
is a freelance contemporary dancer and choreographer based in Germany. She was a member of the dance company at Volkstheater Rostock from the 2023/24 season to the 2025/26 season.
Ron brings physical versatility, sensitivity, and dynamic stage presence. She presents a strong sense of self-expression to both her performance and teaching practices.
She completed her training ‘Performact dance program’ (2021-2023) in Portugal. Her movement language takes shape from a strong foundation in pole dance and circus arts and she is also a certified yoga teacher.
Her practice is focused on improvisation, she collects raw and intuitive material that is later shaped into choreographic language. Much of her artistic inspiration comes from cinema, in creating atmosphere and complex characters.
Her current solo work “One Thing at a Time (2026)” is financially supported by the Artist Scholarship of the State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (MV), Germany.
Upcoming projects for the 2026/27 season include choreographing “Romeo and Juliet”, a theatre production involving the music, acting, and dance departments at Volkstheater Rostock, as well as creating Secret Shakes, a new duet for young audiences developed within the explore dance network.

I believe in the art form of dance.
I believe in the importance of nurturing and keeping it alive.
For me, movement is a form of communication that connects us to the world in an abstract way, and directly reaches our subconscious.
Through dance, we create forms that words cannot describe, shaping the space around us through instinctive movement. In this way, we connect directly with emotions beyond the intellect.
I believe that emotions such as empathy, compassion, joy, and pain are what connect us as humans, and through this connection, I am able to communicate and share my messages in the most powerful way.
